• If the goods are returned within 15 days of receipt without any damages done to the final packing it will be covered under 100% money back guarantee & exchange policy.
• Once order is placed it cannot be cancelled without proper intimation and after dispatch.
• Return shipment and handling expenses is customer’s cost.
• Return payment will take 7days (working) to process. Please note that the credit card company/ banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods.
• In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product as fixed by our experts.
• The company reserves the right to change the exchange amount of the product based on the quality inspection.
